Parkward's customer policy requires staff to provide clients with accurate delays and fare quotations. We hope to give every client our fullest attention and try not to put calls on hold so sometimes it can take a few moments for the telephone to be answered; there is always someone on duty and incoming calls are answered in strict rotation.

Parkward chauffeurs are full-time professionals, they and their vehicles are guaranteed legal in every aspect. Chauffeurs wear a plain dark suit, white shirt, company tie and I.D. badge; a chauffeur's cap completes the uniform on V.I.P. bookings. 

Our fleet consists mainly of Mercedes and Vauxhall saloons and estates together with 5-8 passenger MPV's. Vehicles are usually less than five years old and more than 80% of the fleet offer air conditioning. Parkward's prestige service includes 1-4 passenger "S" class Mercedes, 6 passenger Chrysler Voyager and 8 passenger Volkswagen Caravelle.

Parkward chauffeurs are pleased to accept cash, cheque or credit card in car. Pre-payment can be arranged by choosing Mail Order on the relevant booking form or via our office by cheque and credit card.
